Located in the west of the city, this is a vast area near the Parc de Saint-Cloud. Here, you will discover two former Billancourt laundries, the Church of Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se-de-l\u2019Enfant-J\u00e9sus, and two public squares: Square L\u00e9on Blum and the square dedicated to the Farman brothers\u2014pilots and major aviation industrialists who had established their factory in the city.<\/p>

To the southwest of the city lie the Pont de S\u00e8vres, Trap\u00e8ze, and \u00cele Seguin districts.
This former industrial zone was home to the majority of Renault\u2019s factories\u2014emblems of industrial progress and symbols of social struggles. Completely redeveloped, the district has been transformed with a focus on sustainable development, featuring the construction of housing, offices, shops, and local public facilities, alongside the creation of green spaces and parks.<\/p>

Located in the southeast of the city, facing \u00cele Saint-Germain, this former industrial district was home to numerous factories and film studios.

Located near Place Marcel-Sembat, the geographical and administrative center of Boulogne-Billancourt is home to the Town Hall designed by Tony Garnier, the H\u00f4tel des Postes and the Espace Landowski. This is the cultural heart of the city, with the 1930s museum (unique in the world), the Paul Landowski Museum, an arthouse cinema, a media library and spaces reserved for various cultural or business events.<\/p>
