During his wanderings, photographer Jean-Marc Philippe takes us along on his journey through landscapes often devoid of any sign of life. Yet he captures fragments of lives of anonymous people he encounters by chance, often in the rain. These places then take on great significance in a world that has become selfish, where human beings sometimes find themselves alone and insignificant.
