1. Definitions

Customer: any professional or capable individual pursuant to Articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Website which is the subject of these general conditions.
Services: the Boulogne-Billancourt Tourist Office provides the following to Customers:
Content: All the elements making up the information on the Website, inter alia texts - images - videos.
Customer information: Hereinafter referred to as "Information" which corresponds to any personal data that may be held by the Boulogne-Billancourt Tourist Office for the management of your account, the management of customer relations and for analysis and statistical purposes.
