Since 2026, the Boulogne-Billancourt Tourist Office has been a signatory to the Hauts-de-Seine Departmental Charter for Sustainable Tourism.
Through this initiative, we aim to help you discover the city while caring for the environment, showcasing local stakeholders, and offering attentive hospitality to everyone.
This commitment is reflected in our day-to-day operations and in the advice we provide to you.
With the Department’s support, we are also identifying the improvements to pursue in order to evolve our practices.

A welcoming approach attentive to each individual
Sustainable tourism is also a inclusive tourism.
Our premises are equipped to welcome individuals with reduced mobility, as well as those who are visually impaired, deaf, or hard of hearing. Our team is at your disposal to provide information tailored to your needs and help you discover Boulogne-Billancourt.
We also contribute to training and professional integration by regularly hosting work-study trainees at the Tourist Office.
Prioritize local stakeholders

Whenever possible, we use local suppliers—particularly for printing and for sourcing from regional producers and artisans.

The water fountain makes it possible to prioritize reusable containers and limit the use of disposable bottles. We also share local initiatives that encourage more sustainable habits., in particular the workshops and advice offered by the House of the Planet in Boulogne-Billancourt.
Encouraging sustainable mobility
Awarded the "Accueil Vélo" label in 2023, the OTBB assists cyclists in discovering the area. Ten bicycle parking spaces are available near the Tourist Office.
To reach our premises or explore the city, we provide information on getting around by foot, by bike, and via public transport. Details regarding access and useful facilities are also available on our website.
